Draw anything you like, then create a unique share link.
This is the least efficient way you could ever send an image - the sketch is transformed into a binary format and compressed, and then encoded into an address friendly text format - storing all of the information in the address link.
I wanted to experiment with compressing an image into the URL itself. Thanks for trying it out.
The links grow in size with your sketch's complexity. The information that makes up your sketch is stored directly in the share URL.
It's pixelated because I'm working within the limits of what social media platforms will accept for link lengths. The more pixels, the larger the link.
The QR code contains your unique link, giving you another option for sharing. While not always practical, I thought it was another interesting way to package the link.
Not without storing user data for a shortening service. Sticking with the spirit of 'it lives forever in the link' means I can only look into more advanced compression methods to reduce the length of the links.
This is a beta period - your sketches should last forever.
You can click "Shorten Link" to use TinyURL for a temporary shorter link now.
Just draw something and click pass it on!
Some platforms, like Instagram, may struggle with long links! Your sketch is compressed into the URL, but the link is still valid and working.
